Arctic Circle Business is looking for a versatile and proactive Destination Manager to enhance tourism and develop the destination in the region. You will work on strategic destination development, advising tourism stakeholders, and collaborating with the business community. The position is located in the Qeqqata region in Sisimiut.

ACB is looking for a versatile and proactive Destination Manager who can contribute to developing and marketing the region as an attractive destination. You will work with destination development, advising tourism operators, development projects, and close collaboration with the business community and local stakeholders.
About the position:
· Be responsible for the progress of developing a new tourism strategy for 2026–2030 with active involvement of both citizens and businesses.
· Participate in steering and working groups focused on business development from a tourism perspective.
· Support the collaboration with Visit Greenland and other important strategic partners, and contribute to national marketing, route development, and destination branding.
· Coordinate ACB's focus areas within the tourism sector.
· Ensure oversight and transparency in budgets and action plans based on the above.
Employment will be on an individual contract with commencement as soon as possible. The position is located in the Qeqqata region in Sisimiut. ACB will assist with housing procurement. Moving expenses and travel for commencement will be according to applicable regulations. You will be part of a team with a 40-hour work week.
Who are you?
· Is outgoing, inclusive, and good at building relationships.
· Has experience in project management and strategy, preferably from the tourism sector.
· Has knowledge of the conditions for tourism in Greenland nationally and locally.
· Speaks Greenlandic and English fluently.
