Manager

The Danish Agency for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries is seeking a manager to continue the establishment of the office in Greenland. You will be responsible for daily operations, personnel management, and collaboration with Greenlandic authorities. Experience in leadership within a politically governed organization and knowledge of Greenland is an advantage.

The Danish Agency for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries has opened an office in Greenland in January 2025. The project to establish the office and a network in Greenland has started well and is in full swing. Now we need a leader to safely continue the project! Do you want to be an important player in this project? Would you like to help lead the establishment and operation of the office, so that the Danish Agency for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries can continue to take on and expand tasks in Greenland? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for the daily and professional execution of tasks as well as direct personnel responsibility for the group of four employees.

Your daily life is shaped by many different tasks:

structure your work and maintain calm in tense situations
