Assistant Manager

You will become part of the leadership team in the store and have the opportunity to take on various management tasks. The job as assistant manager is a mix of daily practical tasks in the store, management, and customer service.

Together with your colleagues in the store, you ensure that customers always encounter a beautiful shop filled with fresh goods and happy, service-oriented employees. You are motivated by a varied everyday life with practical tasks and a fast pace. You are good at rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.

It will be your primary task in collaboration with the distributor to help the employees perform at their best, so together you can enhance the store's image. Tasks

• The distributor's right hand and deputy
• Shared responsibility for the presentation of the entire store.
• Personnel management
• Disposition of tasks, goods, etc.

• You are store trained and have at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• You are a skilled merchant who puts customers in focus.
• You are good at planning and delegating tasks.
• You can work independently and are also good at collaboration.

• Good employment conditions with the possibility of arrival and departure travel upon contract attainment.
• Possible assistance in finding housing (not staff housing) if you are applying from another city.
