Store Manager for Tasiilaq

KNI A/S is looking for a skilled, energetic, and ambitious store manager for the merchandise division in Tasiilaq with immediate start or by further agreement.

The store manager reports to the regional manager in Tasiilaq.

As a store manager in Tasiilaq, you will be responsible for:

·       A store with great opportunities for increased growth

·       An optimization of retail and wholesale turnover, where ongoing customer contact is of utmost importance

·       Employees who require a visible store manager with leadership qualities and commitment

·       Activity plans that always ensure we are the customers' preferred shopping place

As a store manager, your primary tasks will be:

·       To develop a results-oriented business operation for Pilersuisoq Tasiilaq

·       To ensure a continuous supply of goods so that the store always appears ready for sale

·       To ensure that the winter supply of goods is optimal

·       To develop and motivate all employees to perform their best

·       To have a good and cooperative contact with customers and partners

·       A sales-ready store every day
