For employment from December 1, 2026 or by agreement, a health assistant is sought.
The nursing home has space for 21 residents. Your colleagues will be health assistants, health helpers, unskilled caregivers, kitchen staff, and janitors.
We are looking for a health assistant who can/has skills in:
- Basic care and direct assistance
- Participating in innovation and development
- Contributing to activities for residents
- Being involved in the training of assistants and interns
- Working to ensure that residents feel safe and have a meaningful life
- Ensuring quality in care
- Being co-responsible for professionalism in all situations
- Proactively seeking development and maintenance of professionalism
- The position includes a backup function.
Qualifications and requirements
- Educated as a health assistant
- Initiative and ability to involve colleagues
- Bilingual in Greenlandic and Danish (not a requirement)
- Clean criminal record
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable agreements between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organizations.
Housing can be provided, for which payment is made according to applicable rules
