What can you expect?

As a business trainee, you will become part of our business department, where you will learn banking in practice. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop.

You will among other things:

• Learn to advise business customers on finance, funding, and daily banking operations

• Participate in customer meetings and the preparation of business cases

• Build understanding of credit, investment, pension, and housing finance

• Engage in a targeted educational program with both internal and external training

• Develop your professional and personal skills through sparring and feedback.
