Customer Consultant - Aasiaat

You will be responsible for the first contact with our customers, and therefore you should thrive on providing good service and be ready to answer questions about everything from waiting lists to rental rules

Your primary tasks will be:

• Daily operation of INImut

• Telephone service

• Receiving and servicing as well as processing tenants' inquiries, both in person, in writing, and by phone

• Forwarding questions within case processing, operations, and property services

• Responsible for the distribution of incoming mail

• Participation in meetings

• Ad hoc tasks in the department

We are looking for a Customer Consultant who is driven by the desire to provide good service and has relevant experience in customer service. You are proactive, outgoing, empathetic, patient, and engage in what you do. In addition:

• you thrive on communication and can translate rules and guidelines into easily understandable language both in person, by phone, and in writing

• you are responsible and work towards common goals

• you have a good knowledge of general IT systems

• you are flexible, service-minded, and have a good sense of humor

• you master the Danish and Greenlandic languages in speech and writing

• you are reliable and arrive on time

Employment conditions:

Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement between the Greenlandic Government and S.I.K. No housing is provided for the position.

November 1, 2026, or by further agreement.
