Salary Consultant

Pisiffik A/S is one of Greenland's leading retail companies, and we are looking for a committed and structured payroll consultant for our HR department in Nuuk.

As a payroll consultant, you will become an important part of the HR team and play a central role in the daily payroll administration for our approximately 800 employees. You will report to the Team Leader in HR and become an important partner for both employees and the organization.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for the daily payroll administration and will among other things work with:

• Ensuring correct and efficient processing of payroll for the company's employees
• Handling payroll runs, holiday pay, pensions, and reimbursements
• Maintaining and developing business processes, procedures, and user manuals within the payroll area
• Participating in the implementation, development, and optimization of our payroll system
• Answering payroll-related questions and providing professional support to employees and managers
• Handling various ad hoc tasks within payroll and HR

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience with payroll administration and thrive in an area where precision, structure, and deadlines are crucial.

In addition, we emphasize that you:

• Have experience with payroll administration
• Have knowledge of applicable legislation regarding payroll and employment conditions in Greenland – this is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Are service-minded and structured and work systematically with your tasks
• Can work independently, take responsibility, and follow tasks through to completion
• Have good collaboration skills and communicate clearly and professionally
• Are flexible and thrive in a dynamic everyday life where it can sometimes be busy
