Master Blacksmith

We expect that you are a trained butcher and have experience from a similar position. You perform your craft with pride and passion and always strive to deliver the highest quality to our customers.

We produce and deliver meat and convenience products to Pisiffik, Akiki, and Spar stores in Aasiaat. Our butcher department includes both cold and hot kitchens.

As Master Butcher, you will be part of the management team and report to the Sales Manager in Aasiaat.

Responsibilities:

• Development of the department in collaboration with the team
• Optimization of store layout and sales promotion
• Planning and execution of store activities
• Cutting fresh meat and production of convenience goods
• Product development in collaboration with purchasing
• Self-control and quality assurance
• Ensuring deliveries to stores and customers
