for the reception station in Narsaq

Kommune Kujalleq is looking for two practical and responsible employees for the daily operation of the dump and reception station in Narsaq. The positions are placed directly under the team leader.

Your primary tasks

• Receive, sort, and direct waste according to applicable rules and local instructions.
• Register delivered waste quantities, fractions, and other necessary information.
• Handle, package, and prepare waste, including problem waste and hazardous waste.
• Assist with interim storage and shipping of waste.
• Keep the area tidy, safe, and environmentally sound.
• Guide citizens and businesses on proper disposal and sorting.
• Report errors, deficiencies, and maintenance needs to the team leader.
• Help with other operational tasks when needed.
