Work and responsibilities:

You will be jointly responsible for following the Inatsisartut Act No. 62 of November 20, 2023, on pedagogical developmental offers for children in preschool age, as well as working based on guidelines that can be found on the Qeqqata Municipality website regarding Qeqqata Municipality's political visions, children and youth policy, and pedagogical goals.

We will strive to create a daily life where there is a balance between familiarity based on daily rhythm/time perception & unpredictability based on the children's influence on the institution's culture. Criminal and Child Certificate:

This position is subject to the law requiring the collection of criminal and child certificates. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has received satisfactory criminal and child certificates. We must therefore emphasize that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the child certificate from the National Police, as well as the criminal certificate from the Police.

The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal certificate is obtained by the individual from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between Naalakkersuisut and Nunatsinni Perorsaasut Kattuffiat (NPK) or another relevant negotiating organization.

Start date: to be agreed upon.

Employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.

Housing:
No housing can be referred.
