Nutrition assistant for the nursing home Ajarsivasik Qaqortoq.

The nursing home “Ajarsivasik” in Qaqortoq is looking for 1 Nutrition assistant, available for occupancy on September 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Ajarsivasik is organizationally under the Social Administration. The nursing home Ajarsivasik has two care departments, one dementia department.

In addition to the mentioned vacant position, the nursing home has the following staff:

nurses, health assistants, health aides, health and social helpers, kitchen staff, janitor, driver, laundry assistants, and helpers.

The “Ajarsivasik” kitchen was built in 2002 and renovated in 2023. The kitchen prepares food for 48 residents.

And out of house for 10 citizens.

We have diabetic diets, allergy diets, energy-rich diets, and much more, so our colleague should have experience with these dietary forms.

Salary and employment conditions follow the agreement between Naalakkersuisut, the Ministry of Finance, and Sulinermik Inuussutissarsiuteqartut Kattuffiat for those educated in the food industry.

Housing can be made available, for which a deposit/rent is paid according to applicable rules.
