Nukissiorfiit is looking for an experienced electrician for an exciting and challenging position. You will report to the Operations Manager, Team Leader for Electrical Distribution.

You will also participate in the shift schedule with other employees in the department after training.

You will be involved in solving tasks and problems primarily in the street lighting area in collaboration with the line master in the street lighting department, but will also participate in other tasks related to the operation and maintenance of the 132/60/10/0.4 kV electrical network in collaboration with the Operations Responsible Team Leader. Maintenance of transformer stations, partial maintenance of electrical installations at electricity, water, and heating plants. Operation and maintenance of facilities in rural areas.

We are looking for a colleague who has:

• We expect you to be a trained electrician, electrical installer, or similar with extensive experience in troubleshooting.
• Operation and maintenance of all types of electrical technical tasks.
• You have a valid driver's license for a regular car.
• You must be able to work independently and maintain an overview in pressured situations.

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

In the current agreement between the Government of Greenland and SIK Technicians, there is, among other things, the possibility of employment as an electrician and a new salary scale, as well as an opportunity for an annual holiday travel allowance.
