Air BP A/S Kangerlussuaq is seeking a driver/mechanic for summer assistance. Main tasks include refueling aircraft, transporting and storing fuel, and maintaining equipment. A valid truck driver's license (category C) is required. Knowledge of aircraft refueling and a mechanical background is an advantage. Apply by April 15.
Takeover as soon as possible or by further agreement.
Main tasks:
Refueling of aircraft, the employee will participate in a shift arrangement with the other staff. Transport and storage of aviation fuel, gasoline, and diesel. (The training will last 1-3 months.)
Maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Qualifications:
Valid Danish or Greenlandic driver's license for truck category C
Knowledge of aircraft refueling is an advantage but not a requirement, as training will take place.
In connection with the maintenance of installations and materials, a craftsmanship or mechanical background will be an advantage.
Knowledge of applicable safety regulations
Good knowledge of spoken English
Service-minded and cooperative, as well as independent in daily work.
