Help shape and maintain an efficient IP network at Tusass!

The Enterprise Infrastructure Service department consists of 6 employees and a manager, and there are 350 employees in total at Tusass, most of whom are in Nuuk.

The network area is a central domain for Tusass, which is in constant development and forms the basis for the majority of Tusass services. Therefore, the tasks for the upcoming colleague require a profile that can maintain a focus on solving operational and support tasks on Tusass's own enterprise network, as well as for a number of business customers on both WAN and LAN.

The position is based at the headquarters in Nuuk.

About the position

Your tasks will range from operational tasks to large projects within the IT & Network fields, such as:

• Participation in projects from design to delivery, and contributing to the preparation of documentation and implementation of solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and develop our network and services.
• Maintain and expand monitoring of the network
• Secure networks through segmentation and maintenance of NGFW.
• Develop and maintain tools/code for provisioning and integration between systems.

You have experience in the IT industry with network tasks, and you would also like to have experience with architecture as well as the design of complex data center solutions on the network side.

We expect that you:

• Has experience in IT, preferably certified as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or similar.
• Has experience in the networking area and possesses a broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and security.
• Masters English and preferably Greenlandic and/or Danish.
