We are part of Royal Arctic Line's logistics chain and work to ensure that goods related to export and fishing are handled efficiently and correctly. With us, you will have an exciting job with responsibility and influence in an important part of the supply chain.
Your tasks

Book and follow up on export goods related to factories and fishing.

Check and quality assure bookings from the coast.

Coordinate capacity, equipment, and cold storage facilities.

Prepare manifest, collect shipping documents and customer data

Invoice customers and follow up on agreements and quantities of goods.

Contribute to improving our systems and workflows

Has an interest in logistics, planning, or customer service – experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

Works in a structured manner and has an eye for detail.

Thrives in collaboration and can maintain an overview when things are busy.

Can work independently and take responsibility for own tasks.

Has basic IT skills – you will be trained in our systems.

Speaks Greenlandic and Danish – English is an advantage

Has knowledge of, or a desire to learn more about, Greenlandic conditions and transportation.
