Nalik Ventures is seeking a dedicated Strategy and Communications Advisor to enhance the company's profiling and drive a value-creating communication effort. Nalik Ventures is seeking an engaged Strategy and Communications Advisor who can enhance the company's profile and drive a value-creating communication effort – while also supporting the CEO and the board in a coordinating role.
The position is located at Nalik Ventures' office in Nuuk and reports to the CEO. The role combines communication, coordination, and quality assurance – with significant responsibility and short decision-making paths in a small organization.
The task of Nalik Ventures' parent company is to contribute to increased growth and business development throughout Greenland and to ensure significant Greenlandic co-ownership and benefits from the development. Nalik Ventures is the parent company and manages community-owned assets through investments, and the profits are reinvested in further growth and consolidation. The group includes, among others, Nalik Capital and Nalik Startup and has approximately 15 employees.
The main tasks You will be responsible for driving and coordinating processes and materials across the management, board, and organization – and you will have a central role in developing and implementing a new communication strategy (website, profiling, customer cases, trips along the coast, etc.).
The tasks include, among other things:

Planning, coordination, and practical support for the CEO's daily activities (calendar, meetings, preparation, coordination, etc.)

Operation of the board: uploading/coordinating materials, minutes, practical execution

Quality assurance of presentations, contracts, and external materials (data, language, layout, professionalism)

Follow-up on the management's decisions and deadlines
-
Sparring with the CEO, for example regarding appointments, business cases, and stakeholder management.

Ad hoc projects and collaboration across (communication/public affairs, HR, law, etc.)

Contribution to the annual report – including input for sustainability reporting

Secretary function for the Advisory Board (municipal business houses): convocations, minutes, follow-up, coordination, and communication on behalf of the board.

Approximately 15 travel days are expected annually.
We imagine that you have relevant education in communication and solid experience from a similar role (advisor, communications specialist, executive/board secretary, coordinator, etc.).
We emphasize that you:

Can develop and implement communication strategy – and produce high-quality material themselves.

Works in a structured manner, can prioritize effectively, and gets things done.

Has experience with professional service for management/executive board/board of directors.

Has a strong linguistic sense and is sharp at proofreading, editing, and formatting.

Has solid IT understanding and is strong in the Office suite (Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook)

Thrives in a changing everyday life with both long and short deadlines.

Can handle confidentiality and has the maturity to stand confidently in the "leadership room."

Languages: Danish and English at a high level – Greenlandic is an advantage.
