The National Theatre School of Greenland is seeking a professional staff member for acting who can ensure professional operations, structure, and coherence in the school's study administration and daily activities.
About the position
As a drama professional staff member, you are the school's administrative focal point and work closely with the theater director and the program coordinator to support a well-functioning acting education with up to 5 students in Nuuk.
You are responsible for the daily study administration and contribute to creating stable frameworks for teachers and students – in a program that will be offered at the bachelor's level from 2025 and therefore imposes increased demands for documentation, planning, and quality assurance.
Your primary work tasks

Daily administration and operation of the school's office function

Planning and coordination of teaching schedules, rooms, and study activities

Registration of students, attendance, ECTS credits, and exam administration

Collection and systematization of study evaluations

Coordination of study trips, exchanges, and public performances

Updating and maintaining the school's digital systems and platforms

Secretary function for the school's education council

Ongoing administrative support for teachers and students

Has strong administrative and organizational skills

Thrives with structure, overview, and independent responsibility

Has experience in the education sector and/or the culture and performing arts sector.

Has a good understanding of economics and administrative operations.

Communicates clearly and professionally with many different professions.

Is service-minded, solution-oriented, and flexible.

Has at least a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
