Salary and employment conditions as well as relocation of belongings:
Employment will initially take place under collective agreement terms. If the applicant is already a civil servant under the Civil Servants Act for the public sector in Greenland, employment may occur under civil servant terms.

Criminal and child certificate:
The position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain criminal and child certificates. According to the law, employment can only begin once the bishop's office has received satisfactory criminal and child certificates. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the bishop's office has received the child certificate from the national police, as well as the criminal certificate from the police.
The child certificate is obtained by the bishop's office with the consent of the individual, while the criminal record is obtained by the individual from the police.
Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation travel and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Housing
An unfurnished staff housing can be assigned to the position according to the applicable rules at any given time. Housing cannot be assigned to individuals who already have staff housing or another property owned by the municipality or the Government of Greenland. Rent and deposit are paid according to the applicable rules for the assigned housing. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
Rent and housing standards may vary depending on the age of the property, ownership conditions, etc. There may be a waiting period for the allocation of permanent staff housing, which is why temporary accommodation may occur, including in smaller co-housing communities or hotel apartments, for which taxation applies. It is not possible to keep larger pets such as dogs or cats in staff or temporary housing.
