Merchant for Kuummiut

KNI A/S is seeking a skilled, ambitious, and energetic merchant for the goods division in Kuummiut, starting on February 1, 2026, or by further agreement.

We emphasize the highest level of customer service and we expect you to contribute to this and have a desire to contribute to our continued success. You will have great freedom in your daily work, and it is therefore important that you are responsible and able to prioritize and plan your time.

We expect you to be competitive and able to collaborate with the staff to develop and think innovatively to ensure that customers receive the best possible shopping experience.

The merchant has a reference to the regional manager in Tasiilaq.

As a merchant, you will be responsible for:

· Correct product orders

· That the service contract is being adhered to

· Employees who require a manager with leadership qualities and commitment

· Development and execution of activity plans

· Responsible for store and personnel administrative tasks

Your primary tasks will be:

· To develop a results-oriented business operation for Pilersuisoq in Kuummiut

To ensure a continuous supply of goods so that the store is always sales-ready.

· To develop and motivate employees to perform at their best

· To have a good and cooperative relationship with customers and partners

· Sales-ready store every day
