We are looking for a new colleague for our property service office in Nuuk. Your primary tasks will be resident service and maintenance of apartments and buildings. You will also handle waste management, cleaning, snow removal, supervision of technical installations, and minor craft tasks.

You should contribute to providing the very best service to our residents.
In close collaboration with your colleagues, your primary tasks will be resident service and general maintenance of apartments and buildings. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Renovation, maintenance, and snow removal in common areas
Supervise technical installations
Execution of minor craftsmanship tasks
Committed and responsible regardless of the nature of the task
You have experience and skill in solving practical tasks, you are service-minded and have a flexible attitude towards the work assignments. You are also:
Both independent and good at collaborating
Meeting stable
Happy to work outside in contact with many people
Willing to have a driver's license, but not a requirement.

Employment conditions:
Salary and employment according to the applicable agreement between the Greenlandic Government and S.I.K. for monthly salaried skilled and unskilled workers. No housing can be provided for the position.
Appointment:
February 1, 2026 or by further agreement.
