Assistant Manager for the Fryer

The SFO and leisure club in Kangerlussuaq is looking for a deputy manager starting August 1st or as soon as possible thereafter.

In Fritteren, there are children aged 5-8 years (1st, 2nd, 3rd grades) + Klubbi (children/young people aged 9-21 years).

The tasks will include, among other things:

• Be part of shaping today's structure and especially in pedagogy and as a role model.
• Duty to report, under concern cases and concern barometer.
• To collaborate to make the youth club an attractive place by developing activities for children and young people.

Qualifications.

• You have a pedagogical education, are a social worker, or love working with children and young people.
• You have worked with people or similar for several years and therefore have experience in the field.
• You can work independently, you can realize projects, you are committed and have an overview.
• You are flexible regarding different tasks.
• You are cooperative, have good skills, a positive attitude, and the strength to tackle challenges.
• Quick to learn and can accommodate changing work hours and can use a computer.

Salary and employment conditions.

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the agreements in force at any given time between the Self-Government, S.I.K, and N.P.K.

Housing: No staff accommodation can be provided for the position.
