The Danish Agency for Education is seeking a dedicated employee for the GUX team. The position involves administration and development of education programs, coordination of exam areas, and development of guidance materials. You should have a relevant education, knowledge of upper secondary education, and strong communication skills. The position is available from August 1, 2026.

The position is located in the Department for Transitions, Testing, and Statistics and the department head.
The position is available for appointment on August 1, 2026, or by agreement.
The tasks include, among other things:

Work with the daily administration and operation of the educational programs.

Coordination and development of the GUX examination area.

Manage the work with task commissions and with subject consultants.

Coordinate and arrange central course and continuing education activities for high schools.

Participate in the ongoing development of work processes in the area.

Coordinate and develop guidance materials.
-
Manage and develop the GUX team's page on Iserasuaat.
-
Develop, manage, and optimize workflows related to enrollment in GUX, including application forms.

Coordinate tasks regarding UWC (United World Colleges) and Nordic projects.

Other ad hoc tasks in the high school area.

The Education Agency is a politically governed organization that works both with servicing the Ministry and the political level, as well as development and production. The Education Agency is currently undergoing a reorganization of work areas and procedures – which you are also encouraged to assist with.
We are a diverse workplace with many different functions, which, in addition to more traditional administrative functions, also has its own publishing house, printing house, and information and lending collections. The agency primarily deals with public schools, boarding schools, and independent schools, operational tasks in the high school area, and the NUIKI project. We are about 55 colleagues who take pride in maintaining a high professional standard in an informal environment.
Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving as well as relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
For an applicant with the right documentable competencies, employment as a special consultant, chief consultant, or senior advisor can occur in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Housing
No staff housing is allocated for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to the allocated staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
