Inussuk-IT is seeking 2 operations and development consultants for the ERP office. You will ensure stable operation of the ERP solution, handle errors and changes, and contribute to development. You will work with Greenland's municipalities, Self-Government, and the Tax Administration. We are looking for a structured person with experience in financial systems and IT understanding.

Inussuk-IT is looking for 2 operations and development consultants for the ERP office.
About the position
The ERP solution (Prisme / AX2012) is one of the most business-critical IT platforms in Greenland.
We are also facing an upcoming modernization of the ERP solution and are already working on the preliminary preparations.
Your primary tasks will be to:

ensure stable operation of the current solution

handle errors, challenges, and change requests from users

contribute to the development and improvement of existing functionality

coordinate and communicate with suppliers and stakeholders

Your responsibilities and tasks
With reference to the office manager, you will among other things work with:
-
Reception and handling of escalation cases from Inussuk-IT's first line support
-
Handling of errors, change, and development tasks in the ERP system
-
Management and coordination of the implementation of new functionalities in the accounts.

Support and sparring with key personnel and super users in the accounting departments.
-
Role as a key person for the setup of central elements in the ERP system and associated components.

Coordination and communication across organizations and units
-
Participation in dialogue and collaboration with external suppliers
-
Preparation and maintenance of documentation

Solution of ad hoc tasks related to the office's daily work

Has worked with financial systems, preferably AX-Prisme.

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in effect at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization. For candidates with the appropriate documented competencies, employment may occur as a specialist or chief consultant.
Housing
No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to the assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
