Ajarsivasik is seeking four trained healthcare assistants or similar for elderly care. Join our team at Ajarsivasik, a home for the elderly with a capacity of 48 residents, divided into three sections, including a dementia unit. Ajarsivasik is looking for a healthcare assistant or similar for our Elderly Home: The position starts on February 1, 2026, or by agreement. Ajarsivasik is a home for the elderly with a capacity of 48 residents, divided into three sections, including a dementia unit. We are an innovative and developmental home, aiming to improve the quality of life for our residents. The team consists of two nurses, several healthcare assistants, and untrained staff, providing care for 48 residents. The work schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, with varying shifts and readiness for on-call duty. Responsibilities include basic care, preventive measures for residents' well-being, organizing activities, and collaborating with relatives. Tasks are carried out in close cooperation with colleagues and the department manager. New employees will join a well-functioning team, working together to provide excellent care and engaging activities for residents, such as outdoor excursions, crafts, physical exercises, and singing. We aim to keep residents active, both physically and mentally. Experience in the field and a willingness to adapt are beneficial. We expect you to have relevant healthcare training, be reliable and responsible, work well with others, respect residents, organize your work independently, and be interested in new tasks due to our home's development. Salary and employment conditions are according to the agreement between the Government and the Union of Health Workers.
