Digitalization Consultant

About the position:

We are looking for an engaged digitalization consultant who will work with digital solutions.

Your work will involve supporting authorities with:

- Advice on processes in digital solutions, focusing on functionality rather than technical details.

- Practical implementation of digital solutions, without the need for technical expertise

Your areas of responsibility:

• Mapping and optimization of existing workflows in digital solutions
• Implementation of new digital solutions in servicing authorities
• Preparation of documentation and guidelines for authorities on digital solutions
• Conducting consultations and training on digital solutions
• Ongoing evaluation and improvement of the digital solutions in use

• A higher education
• Keen eye for complex processes
• Interest and flair for numbers as well as administrative tasks
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely both in writing and orally

Digital Service is one of 5 departments in the Agency for Digitalization that holds the overall responsibility for digitalization in Greenland.

The Digital Service department consists of 6 employees who are responsible for:

• The operation and development of the citizen and business portal sulisivik.gl
• The technical responsibility for the government website naalakkersuisut.gl
• The multisite solution for the information websites of the Central Administration in the Self-Government.

Salary and employment conditions

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving, as well as relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

Housing

No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
