Two colleges are affiliated with the high school, and the recruitment area extends from Tasiilaq in the east to Paamiut in the southwest, although the vast majority of students come from Nuuk. Special conversation sessions for high school students as needed

-
That you are a trained psychotherapist.
-
That you have experience with young people aged 15-25 years.
-
That you are prepared for close collaboration with the other employees and management, where we focus on taking concrete action on the daily challenges.
-
That you are flexible, resilient, reliable, and adaptable.
-
That you are prepared to help students build resilience, social skills, and the ability to see themselves in interaction with others.
-
That you are prepared to work with students who may need pedagogical clarity, firm boundaries, and a safe adult to lean on.
-
That you are committed to community, respect, shared responsibility, and professionalism, which are recurring themes in your dialogue with the students – and are part of GUX Nuuk's values.
-
A high school where students and their well-being are at the center.
