Digital administrator, PA and case handler for Nuna Advokater

At Nuna Lawyers in Nuuk, we are looking for a new colleague who will help keep a busy and ambitious law firm running on a daily basis. You will be one of the people that colleagues, management, and partners turn to because you have an overview, solve things, and do it with a smile.

A position with two legs

The position is broad and varied. One half of your time will be spent keeping the office running: You will take care of the daily administrative and practical tasks, plan, and ensure that ongoing tasks are followed through. You are also a close sparring partner for management and will service the partner group, which you support in what needs to happen and in what needs to be considered before anyone has a chance to ask.

The other half of your time will be spent as a case handler. You will have your own portfolio of cases in one or more areas, such as estate administration, bankruptcy, auctions, and debt collection. You will have responsibility from day one and the opportunity to grow with the tasks, and you will have colleagues around you who are happy to share their knowledge.

Who are you?

You are familiar with digital solutions and quick to familiarize yourself with new systems. You think business and understand that a good workflow is not just a time saver, but something that makes a difference for both the office and our clients. You are structured and independent, and you remain calm when the pace picks up.

You write and speak Greenlandic, Danish, and English. Experience from a law firm or with case handling is a plus, but not a requirement. For us, the right attitude and willingness to learn weigh heavier than a specific CV. The key qualities are drive, good humor, and energy to take responsibility.
