Senior Financial Controller

We are looking for an experienced and professionally strong Senior Financial Controller with a solid accounting background and practical experience from a similar position or the auditing industry.

You are quality-conscious, responsible, and reliable. At the same time, you are curious to understand the business and motivated to contribute with your professional insight. You thrive with structure, annual cycles, and fixed controls, but also want to take ownership of analyses, business cases, and optimization.

About the position

The Accounting team is responsible for external reporting, including annual reports, as well as preparing financial monthly accounts for management. The team also handles operational tasks, participates in cross-functional projects, and contributes to the development and streamlining of financial processes.

As a Senior Financial Controller, you will have a central role in the team and become an important professional sparring partner in the finance function. You will work with both recurring accounting tasks and more analytical and development-oriented tasks. The position gives you the opportunity to take independent responsibility for your own areas while contributing to the overall quality of financial reporting. You will have a broad contact surface and will collaborate with different parts of the organization on financial issues and decision-making bases. Part of the role will also be to identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing processes and workflows.
