Café employee
The employee is part of the company's daily operations of the café and must perform the tasks that naturally belong to the position.
The tasks include, among other things:
- Serving and assisting the café's guests.
- Cash handling and processing payments.
- Preparation and serving of coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other hot drinks.
- Preparation of cocktails, mocktails, milkshakes, and cold drinks.
- Serving food and drinks.
- Preparation of light café dishes, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and ice cream.
- Restocking goods, beverages, and packaging.
- Receiving and checking goods.
- Daily cleaning of the café, bar area, machines, and serving areas.
- Ensuring high customer service and a professional guest experience.
- Collaboration with the kitchen, management, and other employees.
- Sales and guidance of guests about the café's products.
- Preparing the café before opening and tidying up/closing at the end of the day.
- Assisting with events, catering, cruise arrivals, and other activities when this is part of the company's operations.
