Nursing or health professional educator sought for Peqqissaanermik ilinniarfik

Are you interested in training skilled nursing professionals and have an interest in teaching and guidance? If so, you might be the one we are looking for at the School of Health.

We are looking for a colleague who can teach with us at our vocational school. You will be teaching in various areas such as care, health and nursing, pedagogy, psychology, ergonomics, etc.

The start date is January 1, 2027

You can expect the following tasks:

• Teaching in our programs

• Coordination tasks

• Guidance in writing assignments

• Collaboration with internship sites

• Planning and development tasks

We expect that you:

• Are a nurse or physiotherapist or occupational therapist

• Have further education (possibility for employment on dispensation)

• Preferably have teaching experience but it is not a requirement

• Have the desire and ability to engage in a developing collaboration with students and colleagues

• Are bilingual (Greenlandic/Danish)

Salary and employment conditions.

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

Housing

No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Government, the assigned staff housing will be retained.

The working hours are 40 hours weekly.
