Brugseni is undergoing a fantastic development, which is why we are currently looking for another skilled and system-oriented colleague.

You will report to the Operations Director at Brugseni and become a colleague with 2 other Operations Partners and 2 Sales Managers. Our teams' overall goal is to continue working to minimize shrinkage in Brugsen and help our colleagues in the store get close to their operations.

What the job as Operations Partner entails:

As an Operations Partner, you are in close dialogue with the stores regarding shrinkage, status, and rhythms and routines. At the same time, we help ensure that the stores follow the administrative guidelines.

Your main tasks are:

• Preventive work regarding shrinkage in the stores
• Analysis of shrinkage when a store has conducted a stocktake – as well as feedback of the results to the store and possibly help develop an action plan.
• Training and educating new colleagues in the stores.
• Follow-up on the stores' operational routines
• Participate in meetings with the store manager and assistant manager.
• Teaching in the use of new and existing systems

Which competencies are important for success in the job:

We expect you to have a thorough knowledge of store operations, as well as knowledge of Excel. You enjoy working with accounting. Knowledge of Boks2 and SAP will be an advantage.

You are structured, skilled at collaborating, can work independently, and take pride in providing high service to our stores.

At the same time, you should be able to thrive in a changing everyday life, with a hard-working team that has an open and humorous tone.

You can expect that there will be some travel activity to Brugseni’s stores along the coast.
