Kitchen Assistant
The employee is part of the company's daily kitchen operations and must perform the tasks that naturally belong to the position.
The tasks include, among other things:
- Preparation of pizza, burgers, sandwiches, and other café dishes.
- Preparation of Asian dishes and other dishes according to the company's menu.
- Production of catering for meetings, conferences, events, and parties.
- Mise en place and daily preparation.
- Handling, receiving, and storing of raw materials.
- Inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Compliance with the company's procedures for hygiene, self-control, and food safety.
- Daily cleaning of the kitchen, machines, equipment, and workstations.
- Contributing to efficient operations and high product quality.
- Collaboration with café staff, management, and other employees.
