·Guide and support
·Rehabilitative tasks aimed at strengthening the citizen's functional level and resources
·Contribute to creating trust and security through dialogue and conversation
·Distribute medication
·Documentation
·Assess citizens' needs
·Manage complex citizen processes
·Ensure a good start for new citizens and relatives
·Initiate health-promoting and preventive measures in collaboration with the citizens
·Observe, identify, and respond appropriately to symptoms of the most common somatic and mental disorders among the citizens
·Observe and identify issues and based on these, - in close collaboration with the other care staff, contribute to the development of action plans for each individual resident
·Be able to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, based on one's own competencies
·Introduce and guide new staff and students
The tasks are solved in close collaboration with the other home care staff, operations planner, department head, and interdisciplinary partners.

There are 40 working hours per week every other week, you should expect to work on weekends.
Criminal record:
This position is subject to the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal record. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has received a criminal record. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the criminal record from the Police.
Salary and employment conditions:
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Government of Greenland, according to the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Employment will be subject to a 3-month probationary period.

No staff housing can be provided for the position.
