Facilities is looking for an engineer for a broad technical role responsible for both daily operations and the development of our building portfolio both inside and outside all of Greenland's residential areas.

About the position

As an engineer in Facilities, you will be responsible for your own operational and maintenance tasks while also participating in renovation and development projects.

Your main tasks will include:

• Coordination of operational and maintenance tasks from across the country
• Handling urgent technical tasks
• Planning and follow-up on maintenance
• Supervision of craftsmen, contractors, and suppliers
• Management of service agreements and smaller contracts
• Participation in renovation, energy, and development projects
• Gathering and assessing bids
• Budget, forecast, and financial follow-up on your own activities
• Contributing to the development of Facilities’ work processes and maintenance plans

You will also work with Project Operations, AX, Power BI, Dalux, and MS365.

We are looking for you who…

You have a technical education as an engineer, building constructor, or equivalent.

We prefer that you have experience with buildings, technical installations, operations, maintenance, or projects.

You work independently and in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and can maintain an overview when urgent tasks arise.

Some business trips in Greenland should be expected.
