Facilities Engineer

In Facilities, we are seeking an engineer to contribute to the development of technical solutions for the daily use and improvement of our buildings in residential areas across Greenland.

About the position

As an engineer in Facilities, you will be responsible for your own tasks in management and maintenance, as well as participating in improvement projects and development initiatives.

Your main tasks will include:

• Coordination of maintenance tasks across the entire coastline
• Management of technical tasks with a focus on efficiency
• Planning and monitoring of maintenance activities
• Supervision of staff, contractors, and suppliers
• Management of minor agreements in service contracts and construction agreements
• Participation in improvement, energy, and development projects
• Conducting evaluations and assessments of maintenance tasks
• Managing your own tasks, including monitoring costs and budgets
• Assisting in the development of maintenance plans in Facilities

You will be using Project Operations, AX, Power BI, Dalux, and MS365 in your work.

You have an education as an engineer in technology, construction, or a similar field.

Experience in working with buildings, technical equipment, management, maintenance, and related tasks will be beneficial.

You are self-sufficient and can work independently, and you are solution-oriented, allowing you to work calmly even when tasks become challenging.

Travel within Greenland is to be expected.
