Are you systematic and have a good overview? Are you good at conversing, even when it comes to the difficult conversation with your colleagues? Perhaps you have formal management training or management experience?

And, not least – are you service-minded towards the citizens in the Disko Region?

We are looking for a Porter Leader / Chief Porter.

• You will work in the HR program Mindkey, where you will create requisitions regarding hiring.
• You will be responsible for preparing the schedules for the paramedics/porters.
• You will be responsible for the introduction and professional development of colleagues.
• You will handle several administrative tasks with our patient hotel, including giving messages to the kitchen and cleaning, and ensuring room bookings for patients.
• You will participate in ensuring that employees are assigned housing and receive lease contracts.
• You will actively contribute to optimizing the healthcare system's use of resources.
• You have an eye for optimizing collaboration and workflows, particularly with an interest in good cooperation with uninngavik and the development of the referral function.
• You should be interested in actively working with the working environment.

The working hours are 40 hours a week, all hours with attendance at Aasiaat hospital.

Salary and employment

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in effect at the time of appointment between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

If you are not a Nordic citizen, please note that employment is conditional on a valid residence and work permit. Residence and work permits can only be applied for upon agreed employment.
