4 Hourly Teachers for Atuarfik Jørgen Brønlund, Ilulissat

The Avannaata Municipality is looking for hourly teachers at Atuarfik Jørgen Brønlund, Ilulissat, from October 1, 2026, or by further agreement. The position is temporary until July 31, 2027

Atuarfik Jørgen Brønlund is one of the city's two schools with approximately 350 students and 50 staff.

The teacher's immediate supervisor will be the school principal.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Teach in the special department in all subjects

Salary and employment:
Employment will be in accordance with the agreement between Naalakkersuisut and Ilinniartitsisut Meeqqat Atuarfiannersut Kattuffiat, IMAK.

No housing will be provided according to the applicable regulations

Salary and employment conditions will be in accordance with the agreements in effect at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and Ilinniartitsisut Meeqqat Atuarfiannersut Kattuffiat, IMAK.

Employment is subject to a satisfactory public criminal record and child certificate, which will be obtained by the employer from the National Police with the consent of the applicant who is recommended for employment.
