Additionally, there is the opportunity to shape the position through the development and initiation of projects that support our primary goal of promoting completion of education and increasing well-being among students.

We continuously focus on the development of our services. Therefore, we emphasize that you are willing to be creative and think innovatively regarding the implementation of initiatives. In this regard, regular networking meetings are held with our local partners.

The position also includes the opportunity to go on business trips, where you represent Qinngorneq to both partners and students. Most clients come for consultations in their local department, and we also offer online consultations with students who do not reside in a city with a local department.

Working conditions and professionalism

We are a workplace that values community and well-being highly. We have therefore developed clear guidelines for the framework of therapy, which protects our employees from burnout and ensures a consistently high quality of psychotherapy. This means, among other things, that one should only have 20 active clients at a time, and it is not expected that one has more than 3 psychotherapeutic sessions per day. Additionally, we have of course allocated time for both education and supervision during working hours.

To maintain the sense of community in our team, we have established regular meeting agreements for internal knowledge sharing, internal supervision, book club, and well-being time. Furthermore, the entire team meets across Greenland for gatherings, where we work on the development of the organization and go on a staff outing together. Once a year, each department also goes on a staff outing together.

Salary and employment conditions

Salary - and employment conditions, including the right to - and termination travel and relocation of personal belongings, according to the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
