Purchaser

Are you passionate about purchasing, assortment development, and collaboration across the organization? Then you might be our new Buyer for restaurant, café & convenience.

As a buyer, you will play a central role in ensuring attractive assortments, competitive prices, and stable deliveries to our stores. You will be an important sparring partner for operations and work closely with suppliers as well as colleagues in purchasing, sales, and marketing.

Your primary responsibilities

• Support and professional sparring for the stores
• Development and maintenance of assortments, prices, and campaigns
• Supplier contact, negotiation, and follow-up
• Purchasing of goods for restaurant, café & convenience
• Quality assurance and documentation
• Optimization of purchasing and supply processes
• Development and implementation of concepts

Your tasks

• Order placement and follow-up on orders
• Gathering and evaluating offers from suppliers
• Participation in cross-functional projects
• Collaboration with purchasing, sales, and marketing on assortment, campaigns, and pricing structure
• Preparation of informational material for the stores and follow-up on category meetings
• Preparation of newspaper offers for both print media and digital platforms
• Support for the product manager in daily operations and various ad hoc tasks

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in purchasing, preferably from retail, restaurant, café, or convenience
• Has an understanding of supply chains, inventory management, and negotiation
• Works in a structured and independent manner
• Is analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a busy environment with many collaborative interfaces
• Has good communication and collaboration skills
