Communications Consultant

Can you make complex messages clear, relevant, and trustworthy – and can you create communication that both engages employees and strengthens Pisiffik's position? Then you might be our new communication consultant.

As a communication consultant at Pisiffik, you will play a central role in the development and implementation of our internal and external communication. You will help ensure professional and coherent communication that supports Pisiffik's strategy, values, branding, and business goals.

You will be part of the marketing department's creative and interdisciplinary team and will collaborate closely with management, concept managers, and colleagues across the organization.

Your main tasks

You will among other things:

• develop and coordinate Pisiffik's internal and external communication
• plan and produce content for social media, websites, internal channels, and campaigns
• draft press releases, news, articles, talking points, presentations, and management communication
• translate strategies, complex topics, and data into clear and targeted messages
• develop and implement communication, branding, and campaign efforts across Pisiffik's concepts
• advise management on communication, messages, and relevant communication efforts
• coordinate press inquiries and support credible external communication
• communicate Pisiffik's sustainability efforts and results in a clear and relevant manner
• ensure coherence between messages, visual identity, channel selection, and target audience
• follow up on communication and campaign efforts and provide recommendations for improvements.

Who are you?

We envision that you:

• have a relevant education in communication, journalism, or similar
• have experience with corporate, press, branding, or sustainability communication
• are a strong communicator – both in writing and verbally
• can translate complex topics, strategies, and data into clear and audience-tailored messages
• have experience with content production for digital, social, and internal channels
• have an understanding of communication planning, campaign execution, and evaluation
• work in a structured and quality-conscious manner and can maintain an overview of multiple simultaneous tasks
• can prioritize and deliver with high quality – even when deadlines are tight
• are relationship-building and a strong collaborator across disciplines and management levels
• have good judgment and can handle confidential information with discretion.

Knowledge of Greenlandic societal conditions and retail is an advantage.

Competencies in both Greenlandic and Danish are highly valued, while English is an advantage.
