About the position

As an external IT department, we solve everything from technical sparring to IT security for our clients. You will become a central and trusted advisor, helping clients get the most out of their Microsoft 365 solutions and ensuring that their IT environment functions optimally. Because our clients value continuity, it is important that you are someone they can rely on – even over time.

Your primary tasks will be to:

• provide technical sparring and advice within Microsoft 365 and on-premise solutions
• implement and optimize clients' solutions so they fully utilize their Microsoft 365 package
• ensure integration and IT security across Microsoft 365 products, including Teams, Defender for Endpoint, and Conditional Access

Your qualifications

You have several years of experience as a technician or consultant with a focus on Microsoft's technologies – particularly Windows Server and Microsoft 365. With experience in both cloud and on-premise solutions, you are well-equipped to advise on hybrid IT environments.

We also expect that you:

• are residing in Nuuk and know the local conditions
• have specialized knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with ongoing optimization
• work in a structured manner, are reliable, and maintain an overview – even when it is busy
• thrive in the advisory role and handle both phone, online, and physical meetings professionally
• have strong customer understanding and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
• are looking for a position where you can settle in and be part of it for many years
• communicate fluently in Danish and English – Greenlandic is a big plus
