Store Manager for ILVA

Your responsibilities:

• Management and development of the store's employees
• Ensure a professional and inspiring customer experience
• Achieve the store's sales and operational goals
• Planning and coordinating the daily operations
• Ordering goods, inventory management, and campaign execution
• Ensure that the store always appears inviting and ready for sale

We expect you to:

• Have experience in management, preferably from retail
• Be results-oriented and motivated by creating growth
• Have good collaboration and communication skills
• Be able to work structured and maintain an overview in a busy everyday life
• Be service-minded and lead by example
