About you:
You have a relevant higher education in economics, business economics, finance, strategy, or related fields – preferably at the master's level. Alternatively, you have documented equivalent professional competencies gained through solid practical experience from Greenlandic business, public administration, or consulting.
You have experience in teaching, communication, or competence development – or a clear desire to develop as a teacher. A pedagogical diploma, lecturer degree, or similar is an advantage, but it is not a requirement.
It is a significant advantage that you can teach in Greenlandic and have knowledge of the Greenlandic business community and administrative structure. We place great emphasis on your ability to make the teaching practical and application-oriented based on local conditions. Teaching can take place in Greenlandic and Danish, and in some cases English.
You can create a clear and safe teaching framework where professionalism and application go hand in hand, and where students have good conditions to acquire knowledge, skills, and competencies. You can teach in a multilingual classroom and organize the teaching so that linguistic differences do not become a barrier to academic benefit. You thrive in an organization in development and contribute constructively to collaboration across subjects and functions.
Tasks:
Your tasks include teaching, planning, examinations, and collaboration with examiners. You will also contribute to the development and quality assurance of teaching programs, as well as collaborate with internship sites and companies in Greenland.
We expect you to actively contribute to professional sparring and knowledge sharing and to help create a professional and engaged learning environment.
As an instructor, you report to the education manager and the head of education and collaborate closely with both permanent staff and external instructors.
We offer:
An independent and professionally challenging job at an institution in development. You will become part of an engaged teaching team and have the opportunity for professional development and further education.
The working hours are 40 hours per week, and the position is desired to be filled on 01.08.26 or by agreement.
