Nurse for Queen Ingrid's Health Center

Queen Ingrid's Health Center is seeking a nurse for the dermatology clinic. The position includes training in skin disorders, patient follow-up, and teaching about atopic eczema. You will be part of a team that educates parents and staff on eczema treatment. The job offers development opportunities and collaboration with healthcare professionals nationwide.

We are looking for:

Queen Ingrid's Health Center has expanded its dermatological functions and is therefore seeking a nurse who will primarily be at the skin clinic but should expect to cover shifts at Queen Ingrid's Health Center as needed.

The position will include training and instruction in, among other things, specific skin disorders, operation of various equipment, patient follow-up, prescription renewals, coordination, and teaching about atopic eczema, also known as childhood eczema.

We have a nationwide Eczema School, which primarily takes place online via Teams.

Across the country, parents, educators, and other staff need to be taught how to treat and prevent eczema outbreaks in children and young people. You will become an integral part of this work, and you should be able to teach courses that are created in collaboration with you.

We offer:

You are offered an exciting, versatile job where you have the opportunity to develop, take on responsibility, and where, in addition to focusing on dermatology as a field, you can also work as a nurse in a clinic where the work is very varied.

We offer a job in a workplace with high seniority, good collegial cohesion, and the feeling of being part of a team that is constantly developing.

There is collaboration with hospitals, doctors, and nurses across the country as well as various dermatological departments and specialist clinics in Denmark, and no two days are the same.

You will be continuously trained and in consultation with the team. You are expected to be able to work independently along the way and therefore have ample opportunity to influence your workdays.

Queen Ingrid's Health Center is associated with an active staff association at Queen Ingrid's Hospital, offering opportunities to participate in hiking, sailing, exercise, and collegial interaction on many levels.

It is busy, so it requires adaptability from you. In return, you can gain experience, focus on one area, and organize many working hours yourself.

We are looking for you who:

  • Is self-employed, has drive, is outgoing, and good at communicating.
  • Is the bilingual Danish / Greenlandic in speech and formulation
  • Is innovative and communicative
  • Is a team person with individual traits
