In close collaboration with your colleagues, your primary tasks will be resident service and general maintenance of apartments and buildings. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

Renovation, maintenance, and snow removal in common areas

Supervise technical installations

Execution of minor craft tasks
You have experience and skill in solving practical tasks, you are service-minded and have a flexible approach to work assignments. You are also:

Both independent and good at collaborating

Meeting stable

Happy to work outside in contact with many people

Preferably in possession of a driver's license, but not a requirement.

Salary and employment in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Greenlandic Government and S.I.K. for monthly salaried skilled and unskilled workers. Housing cannot be provided for the position.
