The Digitalization Agency provides support and operational support to all colleagues in the Self-Government and to some extent also to external partners and other public authorities – and we need more hands.
Who are we?
The Digitalization Agency sets the direction for a secure digital future for Greenlandic society and leads the development of secure, standardized digital solutions. At the Digitalization Agency, we work both with the digitization of Greenland and IT operations of Greenland's Self-Government.
This means that we operate and implement projects within everything from self-service solutions for citizens to changes in our IT infrastructure to support for laptops, mobile phones, etc., so the tasks will be diverse.
We are about 30 colleagues in the agency, who not only collaborate but also help each other across disciplines.
We are looking for you who…
- Are positively inclined
- Are good at collaborating – both with people you know and those you have not yet met
- Have determination – even when the to-do list grows
- Are eager to learn new things and meet new people
- May have experience with IT support from previous jobs and can directly join our 1st or 2nd level support
Your tasks will include:
- Setting up new machines
- Creating users
- Preparing documentation
- Issuing access cards
- Troubleshooting
- Collaborating with colleagues and external consultants
- Inventory management
- And much more
…all within Greenland's largest organization.
We imagine that you…
- Think structure and documentation are more friend than foe
- Can work in teams with different disciplines without losing overview
- Can help everyone who approaches – and otherwise take their inquiry and find the right colleague who can help
- Are loyal to colleagues and our goals
- Speak and write Greenlandic, Danish, and English
Do not hesitate to apply if you come without experience, as long as you have determination and motivation to learn.
We offer
• A workplace where development – both professional and personal – is a natural part of everyday life
