Schedule Manager

Do you want to help ensure efficient and safe planning in the aviation industry? We are looking for a structured and committed Schedule Manager for our team in Nuuk.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning and releasing duty schedules for crew and staff.
• Ensure that staffing and planning are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Anticipate and take into account all relevant factors in planning, e.g. traffic program, training requirements, instructor capacity, and availability of facilities.
• Ensure that all employees in the area are properly trained.

Qualifications and competencies

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience from the aviation industry, preferably with a focus on dispatch or scheduling.
• Management experience in a similar role.
• Education in logistics, scheduling, or equivalent.
• Documented management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a structured and methodical manner.
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal in Danish, English, and preferably Greenlandic
• Personal profile that matches the role.

Professional knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations, flight crew licenses, and working time restrictions.
• Practical experience with staffing planning and execution of duty schedules.
• Knowledge of safety management – possibly “TBD” can be elaborated upon as needed.
