On behalf of Inussuk A/S, which maintains Pituffik Space Base, subcontractor V2X Service is looking for an employee for warehouse/logistics and administration of the workshop.

We are looking for someone to be part of the administration at the base's mechanical workshop. You will join a team of a total of 3 employees and become part of a diverse everyday life, where the tasks are many and varied. You are driven by doing a good job, can work independently, have good collaboration skills, and function well in a busy everyday life.

Tasks:

• Receive customers at the workshop.
• Plan and distribute work to the workshop.
• Process spare parts.
• Obtain quotes and create items in our own system.
• Order goods and follow up on deliveries.
• Participate in administration, including ensuring compliance with our contract requirements throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Experience from or educated in the automotive industry.
• Experience from or educated in warehouse/logistics.
• Familiar with the MS-Office suite Excel, ERP systems.
• Good English skills in speaking and writing.
