Pisiffik A/S is looking for a Junior Buyer for Nonfood.

Do you want to try your hand at purchasing – and help make everyday life easier for our stores?

Maybe you work in a store, in an office, or with administration. Perhaps you already have experience with purchasing. At Pisiffik A/S, we are looking for a junior buyer who is eager to learn, likes to keep things organized, and thrives on helping others. You do not need to have worked with purchasing before.

You will have your workplace at our headquarters in the center of Nuuk and become part of a small department where you work closely with the product managers and your other colleagues.

Your role and tasks:

As a junior buyer, you will help keep track of goods, orders, and deliveries. You will have contact with the stores and contribute to ensuring that daily tasks are completed.

Your tasks will include:

• Reordering goods and following up on purchase orders and deliveries
• Participating in store meetings and assisting the stores with questions and practical tasks
• Following up on missing goods
• Reviewing and resolving daily operational tasks
• Supporting the product managers in their daily work.

Personal competencies:

The most important thing is that you are eager to learn and take responsibility for your tasks.

Professional competencies:

You can come with experience from retail, office, administration, or purchasing. Previous experience with purchasing is not a requirement.

We emphasize that you:

• Have good IT skills
• Speak Danish or Greenlandic – preferably both
• Have an interest in learning about purchasing and daily operations.

If you know the everyday life in a store, it is an advantage. Interest in furniture, outdoor, or tools is also welcome, but you do not need to be an expert.
